On Texel Rating Flying Aurbies on the Nacra 17, winners of past edition and Zeekant & Begemann on an Infusion, (winners of 2013 Texel on a C2).

Can someone explain why the FP is not having a matchup with the FCS at texel? Have been waiting all year for this after the grounding and controversy last year!
