AC45s @Bermuda 2015: No racing for Day 1
Today I could watch Live through an official channel, but I doubt it will be viewable tomorrow. Sadly no sailing due to lack of wind so no action to see this time. While waiting for wind the stream showed again Nathan Outteridge’s video on the AC45 ‘F’ systems.
I remember Nathan’s Exploder vid from Takapuna and seeing this one again is clear he has a nice way to show & explain technical stuff, plus he is always smiling and enjoying the moment.
On foiling tech a segment of the preview had Spithill -Not- showing Tucker Thompson a ‘secret’ shed with “new foiling tech” being developed by Oracle. My guess it is time to see new shapes & foil solutions for the AC50s.
