F18: The good Life by FRA18

Yesterday we have some excellent 10-12 knots flat conditions here at BA and we went out with 10 F18 of our local club for some training races. After sailing the A-Cat some days ago, many returned to race with the F18 ‘Tanks’! But these tanks have some smooth & powerful ride.

A versatile catsailor must be able to race with finesse in the A and also maintain the intense work & ryhtm needed to sail the F18, specially by the crew. Super fun and intense sailing.

    But what is the price to upgrade? As Nacra have just commented how important costs are for the F18 class and keeping spare part prices low the it must be good value.
