The 2011 A-Class Worlds starts today, a pair of new designs will debut like the Exploder MayFly, designed by Martin Fischer. The Vision by Catamaran parts, Hans Klok-Saarberg, and maybe the Wingfox Nano (no news on that one)

For sure he is with Fischer gathering feedback for their Flying Phantom project for the Olympics.

Landy told me he arrived early last week at Aarhus, as the MayFly team.

He has left the dna for a Scheurer G6 with with winged rudders. In the A-Class usual phrase applies “the best sailor wins…blalbalb” but the design ‘championship’ is one of the great appeals of this class.
