ISAF Youth Worlds 2010: SL 16s standings

Laser Radial has 50 boats, RSX: 36, 29er: 18, SL16: 11.
The SL16 is the right boat for youths but still much to do at local youth level to have a stronger Multihull racing community that can have voice and votes at isaf tables.
For ie, why NED doesn´t have a crew in this Youth Worlds is beyond my knowledge.

There isn't one SL16 in Australia!
There isn´t any SL 16s in Brazil either.
but at least one of the guys on the top 5 is a friend of mine.
He taught everything I know about sailboats, so far.
Everyone in the UK are using Spitfires for the youth, it's a better boat. There are around 10-15 boats that travel around to all the events taking part.
Its not that much about the boat, (that before some Sirena staff get at me again: it's the right boat to replace the H16), but what is made in each country for youth catsailing promotion, and that´s why I mentioned alternatives boats to create local youth fleets last time.
Regarding the SL 16, what Sirena should do in my opinion is an aggressive campaign with local dealers and NAs to get more outside Europe.
