TF10 to be shown at the 2019 Pacific Sail & Power Show

Photo: Tomas Moya – The TF10 seems to be the no compromise foiling machine. Targeted for long time monohull skippers & helms the 4 pt foil system configuration together with the Trimaran platform width provides the right ingredients to allow foiling speed and sensations without having to endure the physical demand and possible sideways drop downs you can have on a GC32 for ie. (No need to point out we think the GC32 is epitome of sail racing nowadays, even more than the F50s or freak AC monohulls.)

The TF10 its a great solution for a wider range of sailors skills. Excellent platform designed by Morrelli & Melvin and built by our friends at DNA Performance Sailing.

The TF10 its a Diam 24 on steroids! We think it has a base to deliver good numbers for fleet racing in the future, the costs is nowhere near the Diam24 we know, but the project was born on sailors demand so there is a niche the TF10 is filling up quite nicely.
Below news on the TF10 to be at display in the US Pacific Coast on April 4-7, 2019.

TF10 Gone Wild, Wild West

DNA Performance Sailing & TF10 Class Association scheduled to make 2019 Pacific Sail and Power Boat Show appearance

San Francisco, CA USA – 27 March 2019 – For the past few months, Sailing World Magazine’s 2019 Foiler of the Year – the TF10, has been calling California’s iconic San Francisco Bay area home. In late 2018, TF10 owners Malcolm Gefter (Celeritas) and Ron O’Hanley (Fearless Girl) packed up their teams and headed West to not only compete at a few notable regattas, but also in high-anticipation of the first brand new TF10 foiling trimaran delivery to the West Coast.

In the same spirit of their journey, the TF10 Class Association (TF10CA) along with builder DNA
Performance Sailing will be attending the 2019 Pacific Sail and Power Boat Show happening April 4-7 (Booth No. T18). The show takes place for four straight days at Craneway Pavillion and Marina Bay Yacht Harbor in Richmond, CA. Full Pacific Sail Show details can be found here.

“The TF10 is by far one of the most thrilling, attainable boats to hit the sailing scene in a long, long time. It has wowed spectators on San Francisco Bay all winter long, and now as an organized Class, we are super excited about being there, ready to meet, greet and speak to those interested one-on-one,” says Joy Dunigan, TF10CA Class Manager. “DNA Performance Sailing representatives will also be on hand to speak about the boat and field questions regarding pricing, delivery and any other technical inquiries they may have.”

The TF10 has been seen ripping around the bay during the Corinthian Yacht Club’s (CYC) Midwinter Series, and at the Big Daddy Regatta hosted by the Richmond Yacht Club (RYC). The next stop on the list comes in early May when they will be seen racing the Great Vallejo Race hosted by the Vallejo Yacht Club (VYC) on May 4-5, 2019. It is during this time that the Class will be actively providing test drive opportunities. A complete list of upcoming TF10 events can be found online at tf10class.com.
