1st F16 Europeans at Lake Como

Gill de Bruyne and Kathleen Vandenbulcke are one of biggest promoters of the F16 class in Europe, with a great project going on importing and selling the Falcon F16 from usa through their TheBoatShop.be store.

Above two bird views of them sailing the Falcon. For sure they’ll be present at 1st F16 Europeans, where they are gonna race with the all mighty Viper team of Bundock, Brouwer, and the Goodalls among others. Below details on the championship

“The first F16 Europeans will be held (19-23 July).
As the F16 is fast growing, the event will be an excellent opportunity for the sailors to meet up with each other again or to meet newcomers to the class. Also for sailors outside the F16 class the event will be excellent to see the versatility of people and brands participating.
The city of Gravedona, along the Como lake, was chosen for the event. A great venue many different classes and sailors have already been to and love coming back to.
20+ teams are expected to join from 5 countries. UK, Holland and Belgium, were the F16 is getting more established and Italy and France where the F16 is gaining interest and numbers slowly start to grow.
