AC45 Series Oman 2016: Practice Day Results

They won both fleet races they prevailed over Oracle on a Match Race. Last night we informed on Adam Minoprio taking the helm of Groupama Team France, for a first day they have a really good one with a 3rd in Fleet race 1 and win over Artemis in MR. Good start for Minoprio beating Outteridge & Artemis who won 3 out of 4 today. Update: Just look new photo from Cammas congratulating Minoprio, Franck got himself a good backup. I also remember Yann Guichard when racing with Peyron’s Energy team as another French helm alernative for Groupama.

Last season Nathan and the swede team seemed a little out of pace, but they put heads up with a great win in the last stop. Artemis has one of the more consolidated teams in terms of a group bonding and sailing together. Past Cup experience, Bart Simpson’s memory and the excellent work done by the design and shore crew provides a solid base for them to build on, I see them fighting with Team New Zealand in the LV Challenger finals.
