Always nice to see family teams doing well. Many cases in the F18 with the van Dams, Sachs bros, Noordzij, Boulougnes and plenty more.

After a slow start 2024 Champs, Charles Froeb & Matthieu Marfaing (Evo/1D) managed to progressively climb to the final spot on the podium that was much contested the entire regatta by the top six teams.

30 boats fleets present at Sail Newport. the Org delivered a professional level regatta. Loads of high qulity photos + on the fly online results. Venue helped a lot, Newport, Rhode Island, Sail Capital of the US/Worlds, a classic top destiny to race.

Before the four days of the NA Championships the New England 100 raid got two excellent +20 knots days for full speed F18 racing. An event that needs a bit more promotion, as can par many of the European scenes no prob.
