Strong winds at Jervoise Bay for the first day of the Australian Nats 2026. The warm-up regatta for the Worlds next week.

Filled with top local teams and some from abroad, the talent of the Aussie lineup is impressive. Only Mitch Booth is missing from the Legends realm.

Gavin Colby & Kai Colman (Nacra Evo) Leading after three races scoring 2,5 &1. Second overall for the A-Cat Top Guns Steve Brewin & Adam Beattie (Scorpion / Brewin Sais) and third for the Liddell brothers (Nacra Evo) who already showed at 2025 Worlds that they can aim for the World Title no prob.

The news of the week is of course the reunion of one of the most legendary teams ever : Darren Bundock & Glenn Ashby got back to the F18 and will show the younger gen how its done. They will race the new 2025 Exploder F18 & 1D sails.
Today they already got a bullet but an UFD and a capsize left them a bit down on the overall.

Argies we have two of our bests, Pablo Volker (2X World Champ helm) is crewing for Charles Froeb and Cruz Gonzalez Smith (4 times Worlds podium helm) has teamed up with WChamp crew Stephan Dekker, top gathering there racing an official Nacra Evo.
