F18 Worlds 2026: Day 2
We were waiting for the beast(s) to unleash, today it was the case. Darren Bundock & Glenn Ashby (Exploder2025/1D) found the pace and went full bore 2,1,1 for the day.
Following the first race via TracTrac gps, it seemed they had also won that one, but the handy James Henry live drone footage showed Matt Homan & Kris Bilston (Scorpion1D) cruising at ease to the finish line with plenty time ahead of the rest, repeating yesterday’s last race bullet.
These two Aussies are putting on a speed show, there is always a local fleet team that do not travel abroad to international arena so they are out of the radar, but if the main event comes home, you better beware. Many cases in every fleet, in Arg too.
Homan & Bilston scored 4th & 2nd on the last two races to grab the overall lead after six races.
Burvill & Puttman (Edge / Nxt Gen Sails) currently 3rd overall ahead of Colby & Colman (Nacra Evo).
Another super fast team today were Gavin Parker & Dan Brown on their Edge, currently 5th overall.
Bundy & Glenn are preparing the way for another crown, still much action pending at Jervoise Bay. Three more days of racing ahead.
