‘Virtual’ Sailing…

Reviewing some pics in my archive I found one pic from LA F18 Worlds 2012 taken by Jasper van Staveren, in parallel my cousin Nada Solari was uploading some drawings in his fb and I send him the pic to transform into a Scorpion sail photo.. He can do pretty realistic drawings and paints, this above was a quick one he made today for me. A bit of ‘virtual’ sailing in this long haul quarantine.

Dedication reads : “To MV who chased & achieved his dreams” … which were possible from a start thanks to him and his father Horacio Solari, as we built the first F18 hulls from scratch in their shipyard back in 2005.
