Catsailing

Excellent video to transmit some of the vibes that we have sailing performance cats. All cats are special, but if you only sailed till now an H16, be happy to know that it gets even better than that.

    The insinuation that Hobie 16s are not performance cats, is an ancient kvetch from sailors who resented the big H16 fleets and championships, and who wouldn't compete in them.

    Actually the H16 is the worst cat ever designed. Alter was just a better marketer than the Shark guys or the SeaSpray guys.
    Its a difficult boat to sail and yet people still promote it to beginners and youth!
    The H16 is way past its glory days and its time to move into the 20th century.
