ETF 26 Foiling Week 2025, Malcesine

The Foiling Cat scene has diminished since the pinnacle days. We had the FP fleet, the Stunt 9s, Nacra F20 FCS and many other platforms. The only remaining racing Class is the A-Cats, which has also seen a drawback in favor of the Classic floating fleet. Nacra 17 of course foils, just no local fleets whatsover and Olympic sailors only.

The ETF 26, a French 3-4 crew powerful platform has some teams racing back in France and present in this 2025 Foiling Week edition at Malcesine.
The ETF 26 it’s a great racing design, only issue is quite expensive to gather more teams onboard.

The Flagship of the Foiling Cats was the GC32, we haven’t seen a 2025 neither from them. The ETF 26 being a scaled version of Martin Fischer’s GC32.
