F18 Argentine Nats 2011, Day 1: Perfection
Above: Esteban and I giving a hard time to top crews Mehl-Stunzi and Rodger-Benitez. Below Pierre Le Clainche and Antoine Joubert,
Perfect racing conditions and 25 boats for our biggest event ever.
Flat Northern winds 8knots, sunny and warm, just perfect although ‘tricky’ as Larsen described.
We had an almost perfect day racing meters from the top 5 en each race with Esteban Daneri’s brand new MKII: we scored 6,ocs (was a 4 s***!), 6.
Juan Faustín and Lucas Gonzalez Smith leading on a MKII with two bullets.
Esteban Blando-Nico Aragpnés (Wildcat/SI) missed the 1st one (as many others) and have dns,1,4 so already a discard in play…. what a shame, always be on time.
Larsen might be second, Pics and Full results later as I left earlier from the Club.
