Italian F18 Nats 2015 @Punta Ala: Ferraglia & Bianchini Champs

Image above: training at Garda. Left from Punta Ala.– Matteo Ferraglia & Lorenzo Bianchini won the 2015 Italian Nats at Punta Ala sailing the Australian built Windrush Edge & Ullman sails. (Soldano has left the loft business, reducing even more the specialized independent sail makers in the F18)
The Edge  built by Brett Burvill continues to show how competitive it is.

Matteo & Lorenzo have been preforming last years but had bad luck at Grossetto. With current racing form it is a pity not seeing them registered for Kiel.

“Last day of racing at the Sailing Center Punta Ala for the Italian Formula 18 2015.
Ferraglia Matteo & Lorenzo Bianchini from Circolo vela Arco won the championship with three perfect races in the end to not leave any chance to their challengers.
In second place Elia Mazzucchi and Jacopo Lisignoli the Centro Vela Dervio, and also from Dervio third place for Edward Canepa.

The final Day was marked by wind from the west northwest between 9 and 13 knots, which allowed to end the event with 12 races.
