I'm confused by the rudder cassettes. Are the rudders lift/lowered by tightening a bolt on the cassette. Is this how the rudder are lifted for beaching? Doesn't seem to be very practical. Am i missing something?

  2. Phantom International says:

The bolts are just the axles between the cassette and the gudgeon. The rudders can be moved up and down freely, they are looked in the lower position with a kind of fork, there are 2 recesses in the top of the blade. (check the first picture)

I knew you had thought of everything! I'm considering making the switch from N20. You have a very compelling product. Well done.

    A question about the foils…

Once the boat is on it's side and the foils have been inserted from the bottom, what is the process for getting the boat upright and onto beach wheels, without damaging the foils?

Do the foils require constant adjustment (fore/aft) while underway?
