Ullman Sails is Australian Multihull Champion 2017
Paul Mitchell’s Ullman Sails convincingly won the Australian Multihull Championships sailed on Morten Bay near Brisbane from 2nd to 7th October. The 10m Grainger designed cat was also the previous holder of the title under her then owner Tony Considine as Mad Max. 

Ullman Sails won the series on five points after dropping two races in the seven race series. The hottest competition under OMR came from two Diam 24’s, Fury Road 2nd (13 points) and Wilparina 111 third (6 points).

The series saw some very close racing for elapsed time honours between Ullman Sails and the Extreme 40 Boatworks, with Ullmans Sails beating her bigger rival across the line just one time.
