Nacra 17 Worlds 2017 Day 4: Both Italian crews keep socring bullets. Bissaro-Frascari won the first today and Tita-Banti the following two to grab lead overal after 12 races. The Spanish teams are also performing holding 2nd & 3rd place overall respectively for Echavarri-Pacheco & Martinez-Maslivets.

Cenholt-Lubeck had their worst day with 16,13,13 but still close to podium position.

Highlight again for one of our top favorite crews ever since we started reporting Catamaran Racing news back in 2008: Mateo Majdalani & Eugenia Bosco.
The youths from Argentina finished 8th, 20th & 4th to get inside the top ten once more , but now racing in the Gold fleet with all the top crews together.
They were second in the first race as can be seen in pic above behind Bissaro, but they had some issues to finish 8th, and a 360 in the second for a their worst  results. But then again they responded to the pressure and closed the day with a 4th.
I told them they can package right now, their work is done for this event…no need to show more, they should keep something for next regattas!

Lange & Carranza had a bad day sadly with  20, UFD & 17. But Grandpa & Ceci already showed what they can achieved when facing tough situations.
Tomorrow 3 more races, and Medal ones on Sunday.
