3.1 The event is open to eligible boats of the International Formula 18 Catamaran Association.

3.2 All competitors shall be members of their respective National or of the International F18 Class Association when there is no National Association in their country, and shall have their entry endorsed by their respective National Class Association or by the International F18 Class Association.

3.3 No later than 14th October 2016, a boat shall enter the regatta via Internet and pay the appropriate entry fee.

3.4 Online-entries via Internet www.f18worlds2016.org.ar shall be used. The official entry form must

be used and filled in completely. The Organizing Authority shall be authorized to collect the Entry Fee electronically. No other forms will be accepted.
3.5 No Quotas will apply. This is an Open Championship.
3.6 Entries will be official and confirmed after the approval of the F18 National Formula 18 Associations and the payment of the entry fee.
3.7 Participants under 18 years old that are not on the list of Limited Responsibility published by the Federación Argentina de Yachting (FAY) on its website shall file the Limited Responsibility form (Attachment A) signed by their parent or tutor with the boat entry form referred to in 3.4.

A copy of the Limited Responsibility form – must be sent before 14th October to [email protected] or [email protected] or by FAX: +5411-4312-9520 (24 hours). The original will be required at the Accreditation.For Argentinean participants; a Notary Public shall certify the signature.
For foreign participants; a Notary Public shall certify by its Club or National Federation or the signature. (For under 18yrs old Sailors)This form will be published on the FAY´s website www.fay.org.ar and on the Club’s, www.yca.org.ar, together with the information of this Championship.

3.8 The following documents shall be provided at the time of registration:
3.8.1. A copy of a valid Measurement Certificate.
3.8.2. Proof of Membership as per NOR 4.2.
3.8.3. Proof of age for Junior and Master Competitors.
3.8.4. Proof of Insurance as per NOR 21.
3.8.5. Appendix B signed by both helm and crew.

4. Fees
4.1 Entries received until 31st July 2016 will qualify for the early entry fee Euros 250.
4.2 Entries received from 1st August and not later than 14th October will qualify for the late entry fee Euros 350.
4.3 The Entry fee has to be paid via the entry form online.
