Nacra 17: Miami World Cup Day 1






First major event of the season for the Class as Sail Melbourne was almost a local evet. Above Day 1 report by Dundock-Curtis. Bundock & Nina will try to improve from last US warm up event were he finished 10th overall. Iker Martinez will there too, Newberry-Casey are local favorites. 

The European crews dominated the first day at Miami with the British & Italian teams outting two crews each in the top 6. Bundock-Curtis still getting upto pace but ended the day with a 3rd. Light weather conditions as reported by the Australians in the video above.
Iker Martinez was with fever the previous days, but managed with Tara to score three top ten results for a 9th overall. Local favorites Newberry-Casey 16th currently 16th overall, best US crew is Daniel-Shanahan in 10th.
