Talented French Team bids for the Youth Americas Cup

I think if this group reachs the event many will be racing for 2nd. Even they might get a shot to the big teams with some training?

Sent by Charles Hainneville- “Following the announcement of the Red Bull Youth America’s Cup to take place in San Francisco in September 2013, a youth team including some of our F18 fleets most promising sailors has been unveiled as team FRY45.
2011 F18 Youth World Champion, Charles Hanneville and fellow F18 sailor Antoine Lauriot Prevost set about putting together a team that included the best mix of knowledge and skills with the sole aim of winning the Youth America’s Cup, not an easy task with an age limit of just 25 years old.

The FRY45 team is an dream team of top youth sailors including an F18 young world champion, Hobie 16 youth European champion, Farr 30 world champion and SL16 ISAF youth world champion.
Supported by famous Olympic and Round the World multihull sailor Fred le Peutrec, a rigorous training campaign will be scheduled to increase the chance of the team to achieve their goal.
In the meantime, each member of the team is busy getting as much time on the water as possible at the Tour de France a la Voile and various F18 long distance races. They are also continuing on the search for sponsors to assist the FRY45 team in their quest for the Red Bull Youth America’s Cup.”
